As a child, I quickly learned that many things could be repurposed. Hand-me-downs were a favourite and it felt like Christmas when it was time to trade clothes amongst cousins and I won't lie, I still like a re-gifted piece of clothing.

And as a farm girl, you would be amazed what can be done with baler twine and duct tape if you are in a pinch. This upbringing has brought about the entrepreneurial spirit that drives my business today supporting a resourceful and resilient attitude.

I am an experienced business woman, a certified leadership and life coach (Co-Active Coach Training Institute recognized by the International Coaching Federation), an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources, a horse owner for 25+ years and have studied Equine Assisted/Facilitated programs such as the Horse Medicine Leadership Academy, Natural Lifemanship and EAGALA.
However, that is only one part of me. My biggest source of joy is being a mother to my two teenage daughters. They are like precious jewels that are completely priceless. Humbling at times, but I learn as much from them as I hope they learn from me. I am also a farmer's wife, an animal lover, a risk-taker, and a change agent that deeply connects with everyone around me. When my oldest daughter describes me as the "least judgmental person that she knows", I feel I have done something right.
