"When your horse follows you without being asked, when he rubs his head on yours, and when you look at him and feel a tingle down your spine...you know you are loved." John Lyons
Looking through the eyes of a horse
Horses only know authenticity and reflect your energy back so you can see what may be invisible. When self-limiting beliefs are present, they camouflage the beauty you have inside and the truth is clouded. As human beings, stories are formed within our thoughts from past experiences and beliefs and those stories can sound like this: "I am not enough", I can't do that because...", "Who am I to think". Remember, these are stories and they may not be accurate and can really limit your potential.
The partnership with the horses will support and empower you to see yourself for what may be the first time - and to honour what you bring to this world and your potential.
Horse have this way of bringing out suppressed emotion. For years, you may have pushed this down but the horses will unleash it, allow a safe space for you to be with this emotion and face it head on. This can be so liberating and giving you permission to live fully. While it may be difficult to “be” with the pain, the other side is bright and prosperous and liberating. The intent is to allow feelings and emotions to flow and be more congruent with yourself.
By connecting with horses, the intent is to provide permission for connection and relationship and to transfer this deepened learning to human relationships.
The horses are a partner in the equine guided learning and will help guide you in this life-changing journey of self-realization as you learn, grow and heal. Horses never fail to reflect your true nature. Through their eyes, you can reconnect with yourself, ignite your passions, become empowered, and create the life of your dreams.

What is Equine Guided Coaching and Why Horses?
WHY HORSES?
INTELLIGENT PREY ANIMALS
To evade predators, horses have evolved to be extremely sensitive to their environment. They instinctively analyze and react to our body language and other nonverbal cues providing us with valuable feedback and insights for other areas of our lives.
LARGE AND POWERFUL
It’s hard to ignore a horse with their size and presence. We can’t just control a powerful horse. Approaching horses helps us reflect how we approach our relationships and how we can face other big or overwhelming things in our lives.
HERD ANIMALS WITH DISTINCT PERSONALITIES
Horses are social animals with defined roles within a herd. They have distinct personalities, attitudes, and moods. They could be stubborn or they could be playful. In other words, horses are a lot like us.
