Six Week Grief and Loss through Death Support Program
Grief is a journey and unique to everyone. While many share some commonalities in their grief process, no two people are alike and how you grief can be very unique and your thoughts and feelings are neither right or wrong.
COVID-19 has brought about a number of challenges where many have experienced loss of loved ones, loss of jobs, loss of the life we once knew. All of these changes can be difficult to understand. With the loss of loved ones, the ability to share in the grief process, telling of stories and sharing of fond memories with friends and family members, visitation and memorials have often turned to graveside ceremonies or in some cases, delayed services. This all impacts our grieving process.
I too, have lost a family member due to COVID-19, and have lost loves ones where the grieving process was delayed due to shock and disbelief. Recently, I have had a number of colleagues and peers that have suddenly passed at a young age and it has been a challenge to honour their memories when gatherings are limited or non-existent.
For this reason, I will be offering a six week program on grief and loss to inspire a shared support system for those of you who need it. Dates and times will be communicated by mid-October. If you are interested, you can reach out to me through the contact form below.

Soul Leadership
Soul Leadership is about self-discovery, self-connection and self-development from the inside out - not the outside in. When we have connection within ourselves, we are better able to self-manage through stress situations, develop coping mechanisms, and gain enhanced problem-solving abilities and resiliency.
